McKelvey Homes is innovative! Their homebuilding has an unrivaled reputation, personal service, superb designs, and peace-of-mind protection.  Gia has been in the homebuilding industry for 15 years. Right out of college, she started in the sales capacity and continued in sales for 11 years before switching over to marketing. She has had a variety of roles with McKelvey homes, but now she focuses on finding buyers to meet with and introduce to McKelvey Homes.  She loves to show people how McKelvey Homes focus is to keep their customer happy and build them the home of their dreams.  She works with a variety of marketing mediums (print, social media, website activities, etc.)  Established in 1898, McKelvey Homes is Missouri’s oldest and most well-established name in the home-building industry. They have a tradition of quality construction and great value, while holding themselves to the highest standard of excellence.

When you first visit McKelvey Homes, they welcome you and take you through their home displays.  They focus on finding out what kind of home you’re looking for.

Really wanting people to move up to McKelvey Homes they offer many included features, like granite countertops, 9ft ceilings, three car garages, and hardwood flooring all standards in every home. With that, bringing you in the door you get to know a little more about McKelvey built homes. McKelvey Homes is the oldest homebuilding company in the St. Louis area, they have been in business since 1898.

Don’t think you’re just getting a standard cookie cutter home. They also customize homes making changes to bring your dreams to life. They allow people to walk through all the display homes and market homes and try to be as innovative as possible with what they are putting in the homes. What they are seeing is the newest and latest trends. Like the technology package! Gia is also really involved in the St. Louis Homeowners Association and is the chairperson for the Sales and Marketing Council this year. This year they have taken a different approach with the HBA and are trying to get other groups involved in coming to their events too. Cross-pollinating throughout the HBA to try to help people learn and grow their business and just know about the industry.

Building Anywhere

At the St. Louis Home and Garden Show for the first time. McKelvey Homes is in the new construction zone at booth 3532. They have replicated a Hearth Room from their Muirfield Manor display. This is their newest display in O’Fallon Missouri and they’ve incorporated shiplap, the fireplace, bookshelves, and even the tv above the fireplace. Their value has been their off-site locations. They will build a McKelvey Home anywhere. People have come by asking if they could build on their home site which is something they do all the time. Typically they work in the metro St. Louis and St. Charles area, but they will travel, talk and try to make it work with anyone. Not only do they build homes but they also tear them down for you so you can build your dream home.
