Resilient – springing back; rebounding (from Dictionary.com). Resiliency – the state of being resilient exists for people and their attitudes, both individually and as communities. Resiliency also exists for buildings, roads, bridges, and other physical infrastructure. With more and more extreme weather around the world, resiliency is a key factor in how we cope.
