NAHB Professional Women in Building Council Honors Three Outstanding Industry Professionals

Marla Esser Cloos, owner and president of Green Home Coach/Sustaining Spaces in Edmond, Okla., was one of  three council members and professional staff recognized for their contributions to the Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the home building industry. Marla was honored as NAHB 2017 National PWB Member of the Year for her outstanding contributions. As NAHB PWB Council trustee, Marla ushered the Metro Denver HBA through forming and chartering its PWB council. She has long brought her great energy and experience to efforts by PWB councils in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma helping them to stay afloat during hard times and regain strength afterward. Marla’s passion for PWB and desire to see others in the industry succeed not only make her an effective and productive leader but help grow strong and effective local PWBs.
